وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ :

. وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ بِقِصَّتِهِ ، وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ : وَوَرَّثَهَا وَلَدَهَا وَمَنْ مَعَهُمْ ، وَقَالَ : فَقَالَ قَائِلٌ : كَيْفَ نَعْقِلُ ؟ وَلَمْ يُسَمِّ حَمَلَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ .

The Diyah for a fetus; and the Diyah for accidental killing and the ambiguous killing must be paid by the shahiqilah of the killer
Abu Huraira reported that two women fought-the rest of the hadith is the same but herein no mention has been made of: He made her son and those who were with them her heirs. Someone said: Why should we pay blood-wit? And he did not name Hamal b. Malik.
