حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمٌ ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ، نَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ :
المتن
لَا يُقْتَلُ مُؤْمِنٌ بِكَافِرٍ ، وَمَنْ قَتَلَ مُؤْمِنًا مُتَعَمِّدًا دُفِعَ إِلَى أَوْلِيَاءِ الْمَقْتُولِ ، فَإِنْ شَاؤُوا قَتَلُوهُ ، وَإِنْ شَاؤُوا أَخَذُوا الدِّيَةَ .
