359 771 - وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ ، عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ : كُنْتُ مَعَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ بِمَعْنَى حَدِيثِ ابْنِ حَلْحَلَةَ ، وَفِيهِ أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ شَهِدَ ذَلِكَ مِنَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَالَ : صَلَّى ، وَلَمْ يَقُلْ : بِالنَّاسِ .

Abrogation of wudu’ for that which has been touched by fire
This hadith is narrated by Muhammad b. 'Amr b. Ata' with these words: I was with Ibn 'Abbas, and Ibn 'Abbas saw the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) doing like this, and it is also said that the words are: He (the Holy Prophet) offered prayer; and the word" people" is not mentioned.
